We can arrange for your family’s entertainment plans and dreams with Santa Claus to become a reality! We take your ideas for a fun holiday event and turn it into a wonderful family experience. We have been herding the elves to various new toy departments and Mrs. Claus is even making all the cookies… my favorite is Snickerdoodle!
Santa and Mrs. Claus are available for all kinds of parties, school and classroom activities, church plays, festivals, fairs, parades, business Grand Openings, corporate events, customer appreciation dinners, Christmas in July sales, assisted living visits, photo shoots, etc! (Sorry, we don't do any events that involve vaping, smoking or R-rated parties)
Children are always excited to see Santa and tell Him what they’d like for Christmas, but their little attention span is usually only 30 minutes. So for the average home visit with just a few kids, the cost could be as low as $85, slightly more for a bigger Christmas, birthday or surprise visit. Corporate events are higher due to the large number of people and the time & attention given to each child.
When you go to our website – www.NorthPoleIncorporated.Com – you can see some of our reviews, photos, and a submission form for you to fill in and send to us. Once we receive it, we can look at our calendar to see if your event’s date and time are available and we can adjust it from there! If you have not heard from us in 2 days, please re-submit your form. (all lines must be filled in or it will not send). Submitting the form is in no way a guarantee that you will get a specific spot. Our calendar fills up quickly! Secure your date ASAP.
THE UGLY LEGALESE . . .
If a deposit is determined to be necessary, (usually half the total amount due), you can mail it to us ASAP or we accept CashApp. The full balance remaining is due at the beginning of our visit the day of your event, unless other plans have been agreed upon. Any cancellation prior to 2 weeks before the event, results in a non-refundable deposit. If you change your event date or time, AND IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE the change, an additional $25 will be required to do your event. If any of our costumes, props or equipment are soiled or damaged, the client we be held responsible for cleaning, repair or the exact replacement costs. This includes any vaping or smoking odors absorbed by the costume, damages to the costumes from fire pits or food or candy that is spilled on our costumes.

The Real Santa & Mrs. Claus
Josh Howser, 12/24/2024 - They were wonderful. We get a Santa every year and we have lived in Tulsa (10 yrs). They were by FAR the best we have ever had. Highly Recommended!!! We like having a "Suprise" visit from Santa to hand out 1 or 2 special gifts. In the past we have had Santa's come in, tell a story or something like that. This year Santa told us all about real Reindeer facts! Then in his big bag are the special presents came out. This was at my Dad's house! Rating: 5 stars

We highly recommend having them at all your Christmas events! We have asked them to come back this year for the same fundraiser. All the kids loved to see them, and Santa and Mrs. Clause was able to bring the magic alive. It was awesome being able to see all the kids’ faces light up when they got to meet Santa. You are missing out if you don’t hire them for your event!
